(Before It's News)

Rapid Machining, one of the largest prototype machining manufacturers in the United States, is excited to announce the addition of titanium to the materials stocked. Responding to customer demand, Rapid Machining has trained employees and restructured the manufacturing floor to accommodate the machining of titanium parts.

Rapid Machining will offer titanium parts in 6AL alloy. The addition of this material allows the company to cater to electronics, government, transportation, medical, aerospace, and any additional industries that require custom titanium prototypes. Titanium parts will have a standard 12 day lead time, and request for quotes will be turned around in 24 hours.

Mark Dirsa, General Manager Rapid Machining Proto, stated, “Over the past year we have watched our team and services grow to accommodate the growing needs of our customers. The addition of titanium prototype parts allows us to better serve our customer base and provide a metal that is required by a variety of industries. I am looking forward to this addition and am excited to see what the future holds for Rapid Machining.”

Rapid Machining was founded in 2009 to satisfy a demand for prototype machined parts. Since 2009 Rapid Machining has outgrown two facilities and moved to its current 50,000 square foot facility on Charron Ave in Nashua, NH. In 2014, Rapid Machining opened a separate 33,000 low-volume production facility across the street. All prototype parts are quoted in less than 24 business hours and delivered in less than 12 business days.
