London, Potsdam and Berlin, 12. February 2018 – Hampleton Partners, the international mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advisory firm for technology companies, has advised CPU 24/7 GmbH, a cutting-edge provider of HPC managed services, on its acquisition by IAV GmbH, a leading engineering services firm for the automotive industry.
 
This acquisition equips IAV with unparalleled experience in CAE and HPC applications. CPU 24/7’s singular knowledge in the configuration, provision and maintenance of supercomputing systems will give IAV the ability to offer its automotive clients hosted HPC services, outsourcing resource-intensive CAE tasks that would otherwise be uneconomic or impossible.
