Missouri Entrepreneurs “Pre-Apply”  for Dispensary Anticipating States Legalization of Marijuana

June 21, 2018 St. Louis County, MO: Clayton, MO entrepreneurs’ Ken Rich and Wayne Bell submit a pre-application to the CITY OF CLAYTON for the state’s first marijuana dispensary, upon legality. “We believe this will be a ballot item for Missouri residents in the near future.

We want to be on the forefront of this industry in our state”, says Bell and Rich. The new business offering has nothing to do with their current business of publishing books. Attached the paperwork declaring “first request” on a business license on an industry that will eventually come to state.
