Anti Chemtrail Conspiracy Campaign By AZ Govt Fails To Address Silver Iodide

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

The chemtrails are so bad in Arizona, people have made their voice heard. In response to the questions from the public, the Arizona govt went through a great deal of effort to misdirect the public with a website right before a town hall meeting has been called. They even did air samples over a period of a year.

There is a spike in aluminum, but the levels are way below levels that are dangerous, according to the website.

The Supersite is located at 4530 N. 17th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The samples are collected and analyzed by a lab after they have sampled the air for a 24 hour period. The instrument used to record the sample runs every 3 days. Based upon the 2013 sampling data the highest reading for Aluminum was 1.24 g/m3. The highest reading for Barium based on this graph is 0.3 g/m3 .

The Arizona Ambient Air Quality Guidelines which were instituted by the Arizona Department of Health (ADOH) Services, shows a health based guideline of 4 µg/m3 set for Barium and 150 µg/m3 for Aluminum. Based upon this data, the highest readings for these metals are well below the ADOH guidelines

Here’s the problem I have with that. Weather modification since the 1940′s has used Silver Iodide, which, when sprayed, looks like smoke, and it expands, just like the chemtrails. So why wasn’t silver included in the tests. Because ex-CIA guys have come out with disinformation, like it’s aluminum and barium, but it’s not, it’s Silver Iodide. The chemtrail conspiracy theorists stating it’s aluminum and barium, have no idea how these elements wouldn’t stand up to the environment in the nano scale form, like silver does…

A pilot program known as Project Popeye conducted in 1966 attempted to extend the monsoon season in order to increase the amount of mud on the Ho Chi Minh trail thereby reducing enemy movements. A silver iodide nuclei agent was dispersed from WC-130, F4 and A-1E aircraft into the clouds over portions of the trail winding from North Vietnam through Laos and Cambodia into South Vietnam. Positive results during this initial program led to continued operations from 1967 to 1972.

Notice, in Project Popeye, they didn’t use aluminum, or barium, they used Silver Iodide.
