Not only can a controlled hurricane kill and destroy infrastructure, the lasting effect on a population by simple “Chemtrail” spraying can reduce a population dramatically with respiratory problems unimaginable. Weather modification is NOT the only reason for CHEMTRAILS.
Their mission of secrecy cannot be contained forever, therefore….propaganda and clever tactics to bamboozle a dumbed-down population via media, is extremely necessary in-order for a population to accept their own fate of death while believing it’s great for the earth.
