David Lankford is a servant of the Lord, scriptorian, dynamic preacher and excellent speaker. He is the host of “The Voice of Evangelism,” an international radio program and available for revivals, crusades, mission trips and can fill in for pastors on the weekend if they need to be away.

Before his resignation as pastor of The Derita Church of God, in Charlotte, North Carolina where he served for over 15 years, holding the office of State Evangelist for 6 years.  Following a one year sabbatical, Pastor Lankford surrendered his credentials in 2002 with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tenn. and in that same week planted a new non-denominational Church called Family Worship Center, along with an A.C.E. Christian School in Stanley, N.C.

The church completed its second phase in August 2008 with a new 12,000 square foot worship center. On July 8, 2012 Pastor David Lankford installed Pastor Chris and Finesse Fosdick, as he felt the calling of God leading him back into full time evangelism. He is presently fulfilling the position now as a full time “Evangelist”.

He has also written several books on the subject of endtimes Bible prophecy, and publishes a monthly ministry newsletter.

Pastor David Lankford is an old-fashioned, anointed man of God who the Lord is greatly using in this hour to proclaim the Word, make appeals for true repentance and to help bring healing into the body of Christ. He is known as a student of the Word and quotes many Scriptures in his messages. He is a man of prayer, fasting and spiritual integrity. His devotion and demeanor naturally cultivates a desire in the lives of others to serve the Lord wholeheartedly. “The Voice of Evangelism” is an international Christian radio ministry that is heard around the world. Like David vs. Goliath, Rick Wiles is a citizen reporter who decided to take on the Big News Media. Starting with a $7,500 donation in May 1999 to launch the first radio program, Rick’s faith in God and steadfast determination has overseen the growth and development of TRUNEWS into an internationally recognized source of credible news and information in a world where nothing seems to make sense anymore. Rick’s professional career was in media marketing and advertising sales. Throughout his early years, God’s hand silently guided him to be in employed in the latest new media. While in his early 20’s, Rick’s first media job was with a new FM radio station in the days when AM was still king.

In 1980, he blazed a path as a pioneer in local cable television advertising when CNN and ESPN were new start-up channels on cable TV.  As a sales manager, he launched one of the first cable advertising interconnects in the nation.  He was hired in 1984 by the Christian Broadcasting Network as the first National Cable Marketing Manager for the new CBN Cable Network which later became the Family Channel.  In 1995, Paul F. Crouch hired Rick as the Marketing Director for Trinity Broadcasting Network where Rick repositioned the TBN brand inside the cable industry – and played an important role in negotiating the early contracts to launch TBN on DirecTV, DISH, and the former PrimeStar DBS systems.  Rick resigned from TBN in September 1998 after receiving a dramatic call from God to fulltime ministry.
