-Peace? No! Canadian Imam Calls for Extermination of the “Accused Jews”

The continuing purveyors of leftist PC propaganda continue to designate Islam as the  ‘Religion of Peace.’ However, the Quran and many of its major teachers demonstrate an entirely different message: death and extermination for Jews and unbelievers.

The Canadian authorities are going out of their way to fight “Islamophobia’ and provide an inclusive ‘safe speech’ zone in Canada for Muslims but at least one major Muslim Imam is calling for something entirely different for Jews- death and extermination. Here’s the story from Daily Wire:

“O Allah, destroy the accursed Jews,” Quebec Imam Sayed AlGhitawi declared in a chilling prayer asking Allah to bless Palestinian jihadists fighting the total annihilation of the Jewish people.

As the clerical authority of the Al Andalous Islamic Center in Montreal, Quebec, the Canadian Muslim echoed an earlier sermon he delivered in 2014.  …

So much for the Religion of Peace.

Replete with Quranic allusions, AlGhitawi justifies his call to arms with theological rigor. He even employs Allah’s alternative names to meticulously lay out a plan to kill the Jews “one by one.”

This sort of anti-Semitic garbage is quite common throughout the Muslim world. …But AlGhitawi is leading a Congregation in Quebec, Canada, a supposed beacon of multi-culturalism and tolerance.

Response: While Muslim leaders call for the eradication of ‘Islamophobia’ and respect for their religion, many like this Imam are not so tolerant when it comes to other religions.

I really do believe that one can support their own beliefs without calling for the complete extermination of others. Muslims should be able to pray for their Palestinian brothers without calling for the complete annihilation of the Jewish people. This is not an example of peace and should be exposed.

This may not actually be violence itself, but this Imam is calling for it and encouraging his people to seek a ‘final solution’ by killing all the people of another faith. Leaders like Sayed AlGhitawi should be condemned by all. Including other Muslims if they really are what they say that they are- a peaceful religion.                  *Top
