Why My Angels aren't a Secret

I am Brother Ralphie only in regard to what I do for my Angels on the Internet.  I am not trying to hide because I have social media accounts in my own name too.  But the accounts in my own name are for those who know me personally.  Otherwise, what I do is for my Angels as Brother Ralphie even to some degree is what I do as myself.  I am NOT trying to hide behind some moniker with no one knowing just who Brother Ralphie is.  This way, I can separate what I do as Brother Ralphie from what I do as myself, although granted, sometimes there isn’t much difference.  It’s just that there are those who seek to find a different identity in life and become someone else while dropping everything they have been.  There are people who die that leave behind a mystery about their lives.  I am not talking about the destitute no one cares about, but people who have assumed a different identity while living what otherwise appears to be a normal life.  I don’t want to become one of those people.  That isn’t what I am seeking to do.  But it all began years ago shortly after my experience with me Angels.

Let me explain this.  Back when Microsoft was pretty much the only game in town, there were chat rooms open to the public and anyone could join.  And back then no one really used their real names unless for some reason it was warranted.  I opened a chat room just for people to come in and chat about whatever is on their minds.  I used a different name then,  And even in regard to email addresses, no one really began using their real names.  The Internet back then was still pretty young.  I had just bought my first computer about the time I had my experience with my Angels.  I knew the computer would be a part of that, but I didn’t know how.  I chatted with a good number of people in this chatroom I had and had some incredible conversations.  That was only the beginning.  No one used real names.  And of course, I didn’t either.

So, from this anonymity on the Internet I evolved into Brother Ralphie.  But personally, I was quite late arriving on the social networking scene simply because I didn’t really want to discuss my experience with my Angels as myself.  I was comfortable doing that quite anonymously with anonymous people.  I grew up with my understanding of how the Internet worked as an anonymous person.  And I felt quite comfortable doing all I felt I needed to do for my Angels quite anonymously.  I was quite successful at it.  But then Microsoft basically said that it no longer would support the chat rooms, because in essence, social media began to take over the platforms.  What Microsoft had done was simply start what Facebook, Snapchat, and the other platforms are now doing, but certainly not anonymously.  Now, it seems nothing about a person is hidden.  People use their real names.  But in some ways, I was stuck with Brother Ralphie having used other names quite anonymously.  So, Brother Ralphie does on the Internet for my Angels what I feel I have been doing as someone else from the beginning.  And I feel comfortable with this.  This doesn’t mean I have dropped all that I am as myself.  And it’s nearly impossible now for ANYONE to be anonymous any longer.  But being anonymous for my Angels IS where I began.  And it’s just something I am quite comfortable with doing, regardless of what pothers know about me personally otherwise.  Peace.  I am Brother Ralphie writing for my Angels from The Angels of Life Institute.  Brother Ralphie works from his study for the promotion of Peaceful living and inner Peace with God.
