Does This Video Show Teleportation Technology of Project Pegasus?

This is something that I think is quite spectacular.  Sam Zurick was taking video and just happened to catch something that has never been seen in a photo before!  During the filming, Sam saw a flash of light but thought it was lightning.  But when  he loaded it into his computer he was quite astonished to learn that he had capture something that was obviously man made and not natural.

He surmises that this could be a porthole opening up in the Taos mountains.  I think this could be the teleport technology as described by Andrew Basiago that we have interviewed on Radio Nsearch.  We know that the US has had such technology since at least the 60′s and it would make sense that it could be captured on video or film as a burst of light.
