The Attorney Pendergast did not call 2 crucial witnesses, which was me & my husband.Our grandson was visiting us, at the time.

It sounds like he just wants to cash in on the whole matter. It’s was clear to any non-racist reasonable person with to brain-cells left to rub together that the Florida prosecutors had a stiffy for Zimmerman, mainly due to the PC spineless nature of the establishment pandering to zealots. The prosecutors were trying to fry Zimmerman and in so doing, they were putting every white law-abiding citizen on trial. This of course had negative implications for everyone, not just whites. As MLK once said, “injustice anywhere, is a threat to justice to everywhere.” The railroading of Zimmerman and the innocent light Martin was bathed in, was not only an injustice, it was an atrocity.

I hope COUNTRY BOY [earlier comment] is correct. If this story of “thrown case” is correct, then of course it “will rile up the protestors and the likes of Al Sharpton.” It’s what they live for.
The entire ‘event’ was another false flag. Trayvon never got shot, he’s father is a Grand Master Freemason and Zimmerman’s father is a judge. How many more false flags will it take? Arrest the (cough cough) ‘elite’ criminals and these false flags will go away.

It appeared to me that Shiping Bao blindsided the prosecutors at the trial, and now he is trying to cover himself.
First, he repeatedly testified that he had no memory, zero memory, of the autopsy. Then, he changed his medical opinion, without having notified prosecutors in advance, about how long Martin could have lived, after being shot.
On cross-examination he testified that he had tried to discuss an issue with a prosecutor, without defense counsel present. That led to a “Richardson hearing,” to determine if the prosecutor had violated the law. (He had not.)
Also on cross-examination, Shiping Bao had the questions and answers on paper in front of him. The defense lawyer – Don West- pictured above- made a show of catching the doctor at this, so it would not be seen as the work of the defense team.
Don’t buy it. The lefties have tried to sell the poor black kid thing every way you can think of. From showing pictures of a 12 year old Martin. To saying Zimmerman was not injured enough. This is all just stupid, stupid stuff. The fact was Zimmerman was a neighborhood watch guy. That is what they do, they watch. So if he “followed” Martin to watch him, that is what they do. As he talked to a police dispatcher, the person told him “we don’t need you to do that”, meaning follow Martin. This quickly became the police ordered him not to follow and he did anyway. Dispatchers are NOT police officers. They don’t “order” anything, except the occasional pizza.
None of this is overly complicated. The black kid sucker punched the watch guy. Then he jumped on him saying he was going to kill him, as he pounded his head on a sidewalk. The watch guy had a gun, and he shot the kid. I would have done the same.
It is a shame a young man died. But stupid people die for doing stupid things all the time…

Too bad you forgot to mention Martin’s history showing that he had a penchant for MMA style street fighting, and his inclination for “punching people out” especially by sucker-punching them in the nose.

The idea that Martin – for no reason – attacked Zimmerman is based on the word of a proven
liar and it is accepted only because it feeds racist fantasies.
Oh yeah, and I am pretty sure Bao will not have his contract renewed (that will lead to a lawsuit of its own)… remember the Prosecution’s own office has let one go because he actually shared evidence with the defense that was being withheld by the prosecution (deliberately)… that individual was afraid of ethics charges if the evidence was not shared and look what the state has done to him… too.

Trayvon Martin’s phone was damaged by rain, had a dead battery, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement was unable to access data from it. They sent it to a law enforcement agency in California, which was unable to access data from it.
THEN the FDLE sent the phone to a private company in New Jersey, Cellebrite, which has a “physical analyzer” capability. They recovered some data.
Not all the data was recoverable. AFTER that, an INTERNET TECH (Ben Kruidbos) claimed to have found more data. And, conveniently for the defense, it was incendiary. A pic of a marijuana leaf. A pic of a gun. Text expressing interest in acquiring a gun. Stuff to smear Martin with.
