bastardize the Hastert Rule.

where Jim Demint will direct funds against any Republicans who
oppose Ted Cruz suicide caucus,
Koch discovered an ideal demographic which does not do
critical thinking are gullible with amazing naivety, which they can
control and direct their thinking.
As a demonstration project he offered the demographic
that follows the “Ghost Shows” on TV, a large American
demographic that is naive and Gullible enough to
