Wow. David VS Goliath. Suspicious Observers Faces Allegations of Legal Fraud

Rumors and suspicions have it that one of YouTube’s largest alternative science channels is being a proxy for black ops style disinformation. Today a grassroots channel has stood up high on a pillar and loudly proclaimed that the owner of this channel, Ben Davidson, has committed legal fraud and participated in disinformation that has led to injuries and possible death of unsuspecting people.

And even though Ben Davidson is merely 1 pawn in a much larger disinformation machine that has confused, harassed, intimidated people that did not submit to mainstream ideas, he is still one of the major players on YouTube. Nonetheless, pawn or no pawn, Suspicious Observers (SO) with his 200,000 subscribers is in a position to warn people about what has now become too obvious to even the most uneducated of lay people and that is the changes in the Sun.

I could be wrong but, it is “suspicious” that Ben has demonstrated a reluctance to comment on the most damming evidence dropped forth yet. For example, 12 geomagnetic storms in 11 days, consistent particle signatures on satellite diode that are so consistent, so continuous and so large that they are now unprecedented in terms of magnitude and quantity. The latest land and oceanic temperatures demonstrating UNPRECENDENTED HEAT and global methane levels that would make any logical human’s head spin.

But the most important data being referenced by the Higher Truth Channel (HTC) is the solar spectral irradiance for visible light and infrared. This irradiance, although not being covered by SO was brought to HTC’s attention years ago by scientists showing steady increases of soft x-rays, visible light and infrared and not decreasing in a deep solar minimum which started in 2007. The question here is not who is right and who is wrong because everywhere you look corroborating data supports the notion that the entire solar system, including Earth, is subtly heating up.

Apparently motivated by hateful trolling entities and by the mega tons of carnage that seems to go under the radar of most journalists, the HTC most definitely and undeniably has thrown down the gauntlet against one of YouTube’s most powerful and influential channels. When looking through HTC’s latest videos we see literally hundreds of desperate people claiming sudden and mysterious health issues that doctors seem unprepared with which to deal. It is this suffering that the founder of the HTC channel claims motivates him to stand up against such formidable opposition.

“This isn’t about religion or politics or whose channel is better” claims the founder BP2. It is about survival, health, safety, and life vs death. When looking at the recent ice sheet data, the recent methane data, the alarming solar irradiance graphs, the ocean temperature graph, anyone arguing against the HTC has their work cut out for them. And indeed SO’s influence over YouTube can be seen by dozens of ghost channels recently created featuring zero content and while promoting his channel casting disbursions, threats, insults all the while ignoring the elephant in the room.

One of HTC’s members, a musician who composes much of their background music, states “how can anybody argue credibly about what is happening while never addressing the most obvious signs of change”. “How in the world is that even a credible discussion when geoengineering, increased global methane, solar radiation, cosmic rays, record land and oceanic temperatures, heat related carnage, are not even addressed”. Indeed, shouldn’t we also be asking these questions?

It seems the biggest misstatement uttered by Ben Davidson was when he categorically denied the existence of a helium cone that is public record and calling persons concerned about those cosmic rays “fear mongers”.

Below I will attach the controversial video with facts presented for you to see. But, in closing I must add a personal note that I myself have followed the incredible loss of life related to heat and find it completely perplexing how clueless I believe some people seem to be.

And when the term “fraud” is used so freely on YouTube I do believe in this case “by legal definition” the accusation has merit. For here is a quote from the actual fraud statutes “when a person’s actions involve these 5 separate elements: 1. A false statement of material fact. 2. Knowledge on the part on the defendant that the statement is untrue. 3. Intent on the part of the defendant to deceive the alleged victim. 4. Justifiable reliance by the alleged victim on the statement. 5. Injury to the alleged victim as a result.” Note *False representation can also be defined by concealment of what should have been disclosed.

And finally in quoting BP2 of the HTC “if we as a people cannot rally behind the saving of lives and the prevention of injury and suffering then we must be dead already”.
