Judge Napolitano: Antonin Scalia Believed Obama was Surveilling the SCOTUS

Judge Andrew Napolitano let out a bombshell on Fox Business Channel. He claimed that late Justice Antonin Scalia believed Obama was surveilling the SCOTUS. If true, this would add another name to the already lengthy list of spy victims under Obama’s surveillance state.

It seems each month another person or entity is added to the list. Obama has spied on countries including Brazil and even directly on leaders like Angela Merkel of Germany. He’s spied on journalists like James Rosen and entire news networks like the Associated Press. He’s spied on senators including Rand Paul. His top aides including Susan Rice also enjoyed spying. Napolitano alludes to Rice by repeatedly using the word “unmasking” in the interview on Fox Business.

“Justice Scalia told me he often thought that the court was being surveilled. And he told me that probably about 4 or 5 years ago. Again, surveillance, acquisition of information, unmasking, accessing information.”

Napolitano believes that what happened under Obama and Rice is criminal and could result in Obama and/or several of his aides being called to Congress to testify.

“The use of intelligence data for political purposes is felony. It’s the same crime as hacking. Which, depending on how much is done, is between 5-15 years in a federal prison.”

Susan Rice, who appeared on multiple television programs denying that she ordered the unmasking of Trump aides, declined to testify before Congress about the situation.

Napolitano also spoke briefly about the Obama administration’s spying of Senator Rand Paul (R-KY). Paul previously made allegations that he was a target of Obama’s surveillance state.

“If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.”
