Lets Make Manga, (Mango) Wine, Making The Must. Part 1

This year at the dr Meno studios, the Mangas have been falling off the trees like NATO’s bombs on Syria.
A Manga is a smaller, meatier, juicer version of the Mango. Here in the southern zone of Costa Rica the back roads are pelted with fallen mangas and mangos. The stintch of rotton fruit hovers the dirt roads as you approach the umbrella coverage of a giant mango tree.

So lets make some Manga wine. This year has been a good yield for the fruit.
