Recap – Memories of the Aegean

Last Sunday I hosted an Aegean-themed dinner with some Kalofagas twists that had guests  licking their plates and dreaming of summer in the Aegean!

We had Greek wines poured from Celebrity Wines & Spirits and Cretan extra-virgin olive oil from Nisos Importing and fresh European Sea Bass and Dorade were flown in from Greece, courtesy of Selonda Aquaculture. Thank you!

Santorini Tomato Fritters with Taramosalata

1st course: Baby Arugula Salad With Red Onions, Fennel and White Anchovies

2nd Course: Zucchini Papoutsakia with Shrimp, Feta

Main: Fish Savoro with Potato Caper Puree

Dessert: Folitses Amygdalou served with a Shot of Amorgos-Style Rakomelo

Next month there are two Greek Supper Clubs! First one is on July 8th featuring Greek BBQ specialties and you can get your seats here. Not even a week later there’s “H Trata”…a seafood themed dinner taking place on July 13th. Seats now sale as well.
