(Before It's News)

Norfolk, VA – One of America's Most Wanted fugitives appears to have gotten married while on the run. Jihad Amir Ramadan, wanted for allegedly stabbing another Hampton University student to death in 2005, has evaded capture for more than 11 years.
U.S. Marshals are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the female in this photograph, which was posted on a social media account in 2007. A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to Ramadan’s arrest.
Couple at WeddingThis photograph appears to show Ramadan getting married approximately two years after multiple warrants were issued for his arrest. Other photographs that have been obtained show at least one of his immediate family members present at the wedding, which is believed to have been held in New York or New Jersey.
The investigation determined that Ramadan fled to his native New York shortly after the alleged stabbing. There are indications his family has been instrumental in assisting him to evade arrest over the years. His last known address is on Irving Place in New Rochelle, New York.
Ramadan, who turned 30 earlier this month, has likely assumed a new identity and may still reside in the U.S., but it is possible he has fled the country. Records show he was born as Justin Faustin, but his family later changed his legal name to Jihad Ramadan. The Ramadan family has relatives and acquaintances living in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and California. The Ramadans, or Faustins as they may be known by, also have extensive ties to the Caribbean, particularly in Trinidad.
