The Estero man who made several phone deadly threats to his attorney has been charged with three felony counts. Luis Martinez Guillon, 31, was arrested by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on Friday afternoon and charged with three felony counts. Luis was arrested after he showed up at the attorneys office after leaving several phone messages where he threatens the staff with deadly harm and even a bomb threat, his bond was revoked and an immediate deportation process is on the way as he is an undocumented alien. Luis said to the press “I was drunk and mad because of everything that was happening in his legal battle with the state immigration.” Luis did apologize to the attorney and staff but, this did not relieve them of the traumatic event they endured fir almost 2 hours. This entire incident was an unfortunate situation that did not need to occur,” said Sharon Harrington, Lee County’s Sheriff Supervisor “Mr. Guillon, is in the business of growing and picking tomatoes and should have followed the attorneys suggestion. I want to assure the businesses of the plaza is safe and secure.” FDLE said Guillon accessed the Lee County 911 as well and call in threats. on Nov. 19, 2016, Harrigntoin said. “This is a felony in the state of Florida. This is a very serious crime.” Harrington said the threats were not politically motivated.
