Every single time I turn on the news or get on the internet, there is some new scandal being announced. There is corruption, there are lies, there is nepotism, there is theft, and there is fraud. These are not isolated cases of individual wrongdoing – it is systematic and we have now reached the proverbial tipping point. I could spend hours listing all that has surfaced during the past month alone, but I have better things to do than be a historian for all this. However, there is one thing that has been trampled on way too many times recently for my taste, and that is the Bill of Rights.
I am only 40 years old, but never in my life has the question of basic, natural rights come up so often in the news as any of the Bill of Rights have over the past 6 months. These are not rights bestowed upon us by a benevolent government. They are inherent. The governed, who are sovereign, provide the government with Sovereignty. How could the government be sovereign otherwise, unless we empowered it? Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer special. Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer free. Without the Bill of Rights, we have tyranny. Without the Bill of Rights, the US Government is NOT SOVEREIGN. It is nothing but a shell corporation.
I am sick to death of Washington, and I can’t take it any more!

HUNCHES?
Hunches are not Constitutional. They are exactly opposite of being Constitutional. It’s supposed to be PROBABLE CAUSE. Think about the difference. If this is the US Government representing America, then there is no such thing as America any more; and therefore, no need to Secede if we don’t like it. The US Govt. has already seceded from the People, and I have a “hunch” that Texas needs to start nationalizing US Government assets immediately. No, I require it, because if you don’t, then it’s easy to foresee that The People will at some point – it’ll just be a little more messy that way.
The US Government is an Abortion from America and Liberty, and everyone recognizes that fact now. What are you going to do about it? Will you represent me, or must I represent myself? Are you my servant, or the other way around? I would really like to know how straight your spine is.
If you don’t like what I have to say, then I invite you to Come And Take It. I am a Texan, and I am a free man, because I say so. I am not a Serf of the fraudulent US Government. I do not consent, and I waive the benefits of US Citizenship. Texans don’t back down from a fight, and this bully is just asking for a good beating.
We are living in a corrupt police state. Many generations come and go where no defense of Liberty is necessary, but we do not enjoy these times now. I will not shirk from my duty to water the Tree of Liberty when it is wilting. Will you?

Bare in mind.. DHS represenatives are not sworn officers. That means there is no difference between ordinary citizens, their imposed authority is unconstitutional and can be challenged in court or one on one . Basically they only have power if you recognise or submit to their demands to impose law. Other than that, you can ignore them. They would have to call local authorities to have their judgment of violation enforced.
If they touch you or try to hold you against your will, they can be treated as an equal civillian on the street without concern of being prosecuted on official level as you would a sworn peace officer.
Their basically civillian status rent a cops. Treat them as such.

I agree with that Texan’s sentiments wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, I live in New Mexico, which is infested with Democrats of the communist sort. And like many older people who paid our dues, I find myself barely subsisting on Social Security (which I paid for over many years!) I still have the spirit to resist and stand for liberty as a Christian patriot, but I am too hindered by health and finances to do all that I know and desire to do for my own independence. There are many older Americans in this boat, feeling left up the creek without a paddle. I would love to give up Social Security and move to Texas, but it does not appear feasible. But, God Bless Texas!

That sounds good, but my employer remits my wages every single “pay period” to the beast. Nothing I can readily do to fix that.
As for Anarchy, my daughter told me about a new movie coming out called “The Purge” where for one night out of the year, you can break any law you want. I told her that I was not interested in seeing this movie. I do not believe that any laws make us good. If the government allowed criminality for one night each year, then I would not condone this government. I do not believe for one minute that anarchy would create chaos. I think that without a government, there would be no chaos, and people would respect each other for who they are. Protect me from my protectors, I say.
We are evolving, and we are awakening together that a government is nothing but another welfare recipient that we have a choice to donate towards – or not. Our Federal Government does not protect us against airplanes flying into buildings – locking cabin doors do. We have lost much since 9/11 as absolute power has corrupted absolutely. Do you remember a time when you could stand at the gate and give your loved ones a big hug and welcome them home from their long journey? Do you remember the big smile on their face when they saw you? I remember that. I miss it. Now, we are corralled and fondled like a bunch of cattle through X-ray machines that nobody can say gives us cancer or not – as TSA security guards get to view our loved ones in the nude while they laugh at us and even steal from us. I am ashamed every time I go to an airport. There is no justification provided for not allowing non-travelers to stand at the Arrival or Departure gates. There are many comments and all with their own very real truth. But we live in this nation and it was set up to be the most free nation on earth. Regardless of the wrong that has been done to the natives, and yes it was very wrong. The beloved gen. Custer was nothing but a murderer. We can sit here all day and blast something in our history. Today however the author is right. We live in a nation today that is not the nation it once was. We only have to look at history to realize this nation’s falling apart. We shall go the way of Rome gentlemen despite what good has been done by this country. My family fought bravely in all wars this country has been involved in. I have a confederate past as well and I am proud my ggg grandfather took a stance, not for slavery but like so many others he fought because the north invaded his home state. Today we do have a federal govt. that is afraid of it’s own citizens. It trashes our founding documents and our morality. Obama definitely has an “agenda” just like he told us. This agenda is completely detrimental for our survival and it seems congress doesn’t care. This administration has committed several treasonous acts like by- passing the constitution, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS the list goes on and on. There are forces at work here that are in the shadows and they want a one world govt. The US must first give up it’s sovereignty in all areas to accomplish this. We must be weakened also. It’s all out there if you read between the lines. Those of us who cherish everything in our values will soon be forced out and made to look like idiots. I for one will choose liberty over slavery.
Custer is no different from Sherman nor Petraeus. They are celebrated in America for doing their jobs very effectively. TSA Agents are celebrated too for doing their jobs very effectively, and so was the Prison Warden at the Dachau Concentration Camp. These people did not wake up one morning and say, “Gee, I want to get to fired today, because I don’t agree with what my superior is telling me to do.” No, they want to excel at their job and get promoted. Their superior did not even need to tell them to hook up the gas to the chamber – they just knew it was the objective. Likewise, Lincoln did not order Sherman to burn Atlanta to the ground, and Obama did not order Clinton to stand down when the Libyan embassy was under attack.
There will always be people who were just doing their job, and there will always be people who will patiently stand in line for their turn in the gas chamber. It is very rare for a charismatic leader to lead the masses across the Red Sea towards freedom, but when the right person does, they will be remembered for generations. Who will be our leader out of this prison? When will they rise up? How long will it take for the right person to be revealed?
We desperately need a leader right now.
