(Before It's News)

Tyrants don’t allow open questioning, and they hate the free press. They want total control. That’s… Robert Reich

This is from Robert Reich’s blog, www.robertreich.org. He is professor of public policy at Berkeley, former U.S. Secretary of Labor, and author of 13 books, the most recent of which is “Aftershock: The Next Economy and America’s Future.”

It was 100 times more of a press conference than we’ve seen in the last 8 years. The Obama days of turning in your questions ahead of time so the President doesn’t look like a bafoon are finally over. Stay in Berkley Reich, you’re right where you belong.

Trump doesn’t need the press to make him look like a buffoon.

You have to look at it from both sides. It doesn’t need a tyrant to disdain a news media that broadcasts a story before it is verified to have any credence. If your character is attacked by someone without solid evidence, it is at most a slandering and it can be subject to a lawsuit. And you have every right to shut them out.
