Ok, baking soda at pH 11, combined with lemon juice at pH 3.5 yields a neutral 7.25 pH (very close to water), with a hint of citric odor, a touch of Vitamin C and TONS OF CALCIUM CARBONATE (kidney stones, anyone?)
