A critical movement is arising at this time in history.

Each of us can assume a role to play in its formation and development, and therefore its eventual success or failure. It’s my personal belief that we are past the time where we can avoid major disruption, so each of us must be personally prepared as best we can for upheaval, while also working towards building a new and better narrative to live by.

i read almost half of your article and skimmed the rest. i got a good sense of what you are saying. i agree. i too am mad. i accept your facts and figures as they are well documented and presented. however, in defense of aca, i must say that i personally know of many people (i live in a small town full of seniors and vets) including myself, that are alive and cared for by aca that would not be without it. the flaws in aca are many and they need to be tweeked but aca should not be repealed. the problem is that legislation intended to be for the benefit of all americans was and is being hijacked for political and financial ends, as you’ve pointed out. one example was the single payer option that was vehemently opposed by those who were heavily influenced by insurance firms and big pharma. the right bullied, the left caved. another loss for america. speaking of big pharma, their influence was such that they cannot be held liable for death due to use of their products, by law! then there are incidents like the epipen and neither congress nor anyone in our government could hold these people accountable. these actions and events should not be tolerated or allowed. but trump and repeal are not the answer. no financial influence or political bias in legislation is the answer. when laws are passed where americans benefit and not financial and political entities then america becomes “great again”. if you don’t vote for these cretins then we won’t have these problems. don’t give them the vote (they hate that).

thanx for the article and allowing me to rant.
