Its just a ledger entry covered by another. The reason the share price is headed to penny shares is because the bank has no assets, debts and not enough income to cover costs so is downsizing eventually it will oozlum bird and there will barely be a ripple other than short selling which being done by banks hedge funds will just be a tool to extract fed cash.
