(Before It's News)

Alexandria, VA – Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF) President Ken Cuccinelli, made the following statement after conservative Paul Gosar won the Republican primary election in Arizona’s 4th Congressional District:

“Paul Gosar is a strong conservative and we congratulate him on this important victory. The GOP establishment and their cronies in Washington tried to defeat Congressman Gosar, but they failed. The grassroots in Arizona rejected their attempts to distort his record and instead voted to send a proven conservative back to Congress. We were proud to stand with Congressman Gosar in this race and will continue to defend conservatives who are attacked by GOP leaders and their liberal allies.”

SCF is now supporting two U.S. Senate candidates who have won their primary elections – U.S. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) and retired Air Force Lt. Col. Darryl Glenn (R-CO) – and five U.S. House candidates who have won their primary elections – Congressman Warren Davidson (R-OH), Congressman Jim Bridenstine (R-OK), state senator Jim Banks (R-IN), businessman Ted Budd (R-NC), and Congressman Paul Gosar (R-AZ).

Senate Conservatives Fund is a national, grassroots organization that promotes conservative policies and helps elect conservative candidates.
