Noem: Civility in politics not dead

Despite what we’re hearing in the 2016 Presidential election, civility in politics is not dead.

That’s according to Republican U.S. Rep. Kristi Noem.

Representing one of only 36 rural districts out of 435, Noem says she has to depend on civility and bipartisanship to get things done.

She also said she’s like to see more issues and less personalities in the Presidential debates.
