There are a total of 717 pieces in this set and numerous special items. The special items include a fridge, microscope, computer, bed, anchor with winch, ladder, and a chain. There’s also a chainsaw, walkie-talkie, a sled, binoculars, camera,  large antenna, snow shoes, scanner, grinder, broom, magnifying glass, shovel, broom, Artic explorer hoods and a polar bear.

In all, there are a total of seven mini-figures:

This set is great for children aged 6 and above.

Fire Station (60004)

With the Lego Fire Station set, there are a total of 752 pieces. Special items in this set include flames, firefighting equipment, toolbox and tools, furniture, computer, chainsaw, axe, walkie-talkies, telephone, cup and a dog.

In all, there are a total of 5 mini-figures:

  • 3 firefighters
  • A pilot
  • A fire chief

The recommended age for this Lego set starts at the age of 6.

City Square (60097)

There are a total of 1,683 pieces with this set – it’s one of the biggest Lego City sets. There are numerous special items here, including a pretzel, dog, 2 sausages, 4 mugs, handcart, bucket, hammer wrench, a cleaning stick and the Lego bag.

There’s 12 mini-figures included in this set:

  • Car saleswoman
  • Tram driver
  • Helicopter pilot
  • Pizza deliveryman
  • Coffee shop saleswoman
  • Tow truck driver

The recommended age for this set starts at 6. This is the first set of 2 sets in the Lego City Town. This one has the most pieces and the most mini-figures, making it a good starter set.
