i visited the caldicott community in the 1980s to see our child in a private room to have tea. The girls were being chased around by the male workers in some sort of tickling game. The girls were in their nightwear. one girl about 15 yrs old ran into the room to hide and was caught by the bearded 40 yr old ant tickled under her nightgown on the stomach, etc. i thought that was out of order but was told worse happens when you sleep as you can be touched up by the men or be raped. No complaints were listened to. As the Queen Mother was a patron we thought that it was disgusting that these things went on.
