With ball round ammo striking granite or marble sparks can happen, I go shooting all the time, out in one of the fields I shoot in there is a disused rock quarry. I have seen stray rounds spark in there before. Alot of the buildings in Dallas, have granite or marble facades, not beyond reason.

Look, nobody in their right mind is saying that nobody got shot. We cannot verify that as of yet. Real injuries are entirely possible but look at the shooting in the gay bar, nobody was killed until the SWAT team actually went into the building the following morning after five AM. Who exactly do you think then did the actual shooting. Would it really be possible for a single shooter to fire off so many rounds in just minutes reloading several times with the SWAT team in hot pursuit? If you buy that line of malarkey you’re gullible enough to believe anything!
I mean really folks, one would have to be a total idiot to buy into this narrative after the progression of the government’s disarmament agenda. The “sparks” are from less than lethal rounds fire by the cops shooting at him.

Thats funny, my 7.62x54r spark on steel backing, and granite when it passes the paper targets. So do my 60.06, 30.30, and 7.62×39 as long as the are FMJ they spark just fine.

I am not into this conspiracy stuff about all these shootings being false flags and stuff but a couple things do strike me as odd about this scene.
One is the amount of sparking and dust
I have no doubt you could see a spark or two now and then after dark and maybe some concrete dust fly up after hitting concrete but the amount of both does seem a little odd.
Second is that all the sparks flying off the little concrete dividers of the lower windows yet no windows look like they were blown out.
Wow what a perfect shot to hit those thin little dividers and not the windows especially obviously when he is not even aiming at the area.
Third is that there appears to be a group of police on a roof or something in the lower right hand of the picture when it pans to the right a little bit a couple of times.
They appear to me to be in full gear but maybe observing a training demonstration.
They sure are not taking action against the shooter or they are the swat teem that couldn’t shoot straight.
And third it looks like the shooter is wearing a dark jacket with about 3 big yellow letters on the back of it (hmmm) — odd.

If you look at the beginning of the video I guess that is just tar patches
I guess on the later close up shots it served as a Rorschach ink blot test for me and I saw what I wanted to see I guess.
That is funny because I don’t really get into this and actually I think this guys video seems like a little over stated drama too.

Certain leaders will speak before, during, and after certain events, sometimes within their message is a hidden message. Also during certain broadcast the frequency can be changed.
This allows for a certain specific group to understand, interpret the message totally different from a non selected group.
Also Viral on youtube is the DNA mind control. Several scientist with computer science backgrounds, whom hide their identity are now saying tones are being transmitted through the air.
They further explain the use of certain colors embedded within websites that are not detectable by the human eye are also used to activate, and change tone frequencies within one mind, as if perceiving a tone, ringing sensation in their head/mind.
Also reports indicate, some websites are hosting a lot of these hidden tone/visual/colour/Freq manipulators, and do not know it.
They are getting paid for some dumb advertising, and the DNA mind control is attached, embedded, etc.
Why would a website host a pop up that blocks the whole screen, and or re-routes to another website?
In that instant the user has been subjected to much DNA control techniques.
Some are indicating they will have visual disturbance, and tone/ringing in their minds.

Scientist have already publicly announced the differences in human DNA.

Also they are trying to find the transport layers that are being used.
