Now they are headed for Syria with only what is left of the US Navy to inflict any damage.

That is, unless it gets choppy off the Scillies or rough in the Bay of Biscay. In any case it cannot go far, the ECHR about to rule that active servicemen with pets must be allowed time off for reasons of first, animal rights and secondly, human rights.
What will happen off Syria is an interesting question. What we should have firmly in our minds that all those people with all that military hardware are prone to hitting the wrong targets and often inflicting self damage. Russian sailors WON’T be falling off of their ships drunk ! This is a worn out old stereotype ! People that actually believe things like that are about to get a real wake up call (Especially NATO and U.S. troops) !!! The Russian military is VERY well trained , tough and focused and their military hardware is VERY up to date and more than battle ready !!! Unfortunately a lot of people in the West really bought into the lies from western propaganda that Mother Russia was old , tired , worn down , busted broke and rusted out !!! I’ve seen it for myself in multiple locations in Russia and NOTHING could have been or IS further from the truth !!! We can expect the fight of our lives if we go to war with them AND their allies !!!
