Targeting the large and growing U.S. multifamily rental market, LiveOffer will offer property management companies a simple solution to manage their residential leasing process.
The U.S. multifamily apartment market consists of over 36 million residents and contributes over $1.3 trillion annually to the U.S. economy.
The LiveOffer app will facilitate a real-time rental application process, which maximises rental revenue for property management companies, while optimising the rental offer process for tenants.
The launch of LiveOffer can trigger revenue opportunities for the company, including monthly licensing fees and transaction fees of 1- 3% of each rental agreement executed via the platform.
Property Connect had earlier engaged Aphmaspheric Pty Ltd to develop and build the new version of LiveOffer.
However, the contract with Aphmasphere was terminated, with no associated break costs.
Property Connect, earlier know as Conquest Agri Ltd, relisted on the ASX in March 2016.
The company’s share price has increased by 120% since 19 December 2016, last trading at $0.011.
