‘Dubber Playback’ gives individual business users the choice to save, pause, rewind and fast-forward their phone calls retrospectively after the call is made.
PCCW Global is the international operating division of Hong Kong Telecom, Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications service provider, operating across 150 countries.
PCCW Global will deploy Dubber into its U.S. and United Kingdom networks immediately to meet existing customer demand.
Subsequent to the initial deployment, the parties will scope the opportunities to deploy Dubber’s cloud call recording and Dubber Playback functionality across the entire PCCW Global customer base.
Dubber Corporation has also signed an agreement with UK based Inclarity, an established provider of telephony and unified communications to the business and enterprise sector.
Under the agreement, Inclarity will use Dubber as its new call recording and voice data capture platform with ‘Dubber Reserved’ replacing an existing solution and ‘Dubber Playback’ being offered as a new service.
The ‘Dubber Reserved’ service is a fully featured, always on, call recording facility.
The new agreements further underpin Dubber’s objective to become a global force in call recording services.
Dubber Corporation is well funded with a cash balance of $5.26 million as at 31 December 2016.
