Gem International Resources Inc (CVE:GI) shares advanced by more than 6% on Wednesday after the company recorded a swelling in its cash pile with its quarterly accounts.
In the three months to Dec 31 cash rose to C$11,018 from C$3,933 in the same period in 2015.
The company also recorded a little changed comprehensive loss for the period of C$97,201 versus C$77,383 a year earlier.
Gem shares were up 6.25% to C$0.08 on Wednesday.
