They can not beat me in Court they razzle and dazzle me with bull
I am a divorce mother of 2, I take care of elderly, disabled and hospice patients in my Adult Family Home. I have fought the banks and at the same time dealing with my divorce since 2008. I did get good award on my divorce on 2009. I did get my first reward in Washington State Court against the banks and pretenders ( Delfierro vs. Second Mariners Fund ll REO,LLC, Secon Mariners Investment Fund ll,LLC, Second Mariners Residential Fund ,LLC, Mariners Investment Fund, LLC, Equifirst, BSI, Fidelity National Trust Company, CT Corporation, MERS et al )for wrongful foreclosure. The Judge Voided the Sale. I got back my house and then I filed Chapter 13 and here started all the real fight. The Second Judge gave the pretenders to go on a trial and dismiss their motion. The Third Judge crammed down my loan from $680,000 to $325,000. The pretenders were appealing. I have million of ways to get them on a big lawsuit my lawyers are preparing. They can not beat me in Court they have done so many things to make my life miserable, they tried so many times to financially drain me. I do not care even I count pennies everyday to have gasoline in my car , I will stay fighting until I can have a firm case law. I do fight for my family and for the people who have been cheated and soon be cheated by the bankfraudsters. They do not want my case law to be out and can be used by others. Let’s all guard our rights and guard our Titles…….we do not need slandered Title.

Good job, Lorie. I have been fighting Bank of America for over one year to correct my mortgage account which was shockingly wrong. They tried to slap fees and other charges on me after a chapter 13 bankruptcydischarge, and we had to get a judgment to get the accounting. They hold all they can manage on the balance sheet (debtor suspense). They say now they cannot change the accounting because of security reasons, and won’t correct it or my 1099′s, even though ordered to do so by a federal judge. I will fight them all the way, cause I know how this game is played. Keep it up!
