Tomorrow is a very important day for the Euro!

Tomorrow’s Inflation data for the Eurozone is the most important release of late concerning the Euro and is likely to impact the Euro and GBPEUR plus EURUSD. All in all the best rates to sell Euros in the last few weeks have been witnessed earlier this week and tomorrow could provide some fresh news as to which direction we can reasonably expect the Euro to take. If the data is poor we could see the Euro fall weakening to say 1.37 against the pound.

On balance it wouldn’t be too surprising to see the Euro actually gain some strength if the data shows Inflation picking up, Inflation has been one of the biggest concerns in the Eurozone as investors scramble to assess whether or not the Eurozone will need to embark on further QE (Quantitative Easing) in the future.
