It was created by a company called Avenger Controller, and it just relisted its project (ready for purchase) on Kickstarter:

The company who made this realistic looking FPS controller is asking for $159 for the actual controller and $225 for the Limited Edition controller on Kickstarter. 

Delta Six Game Controllers will be made with an orange tip. The Delta Six will also come in an optional bright white color.The Delta Six will be available for the (PC,XBOX, PS3.) A game controller that will rock your world..It will be Next Gen ready with downloadable patch.
