India Gadget Expo Kicks Off at Hitex Convention Centre Hyderabad

The 2^nd edition of India Gadget Expo, country’s premier gadget exhibition has been inaugurated at Hitex Convention Centre in Hyderabad. The trade show plays host to a bunch of innovative gadgets and technologies, and brings together major stakeholders including, gadget manufacturers, technology innovators, government officials, bureaucrats, entrepreneurs, and startups. The expo features a massive selection of gadgets from several manufacturers.

This year, IGE has focused on experiential technology and has featured more than 100 stalls from renowned tech-giants like Micromax, Canon, Gionee, Panasonic, BMW, WDC, Motorola, and Mercedes. This will be the first time when Motorola smartphones will be available for demo, out of Flipkart’s customized ecommerce world. Along with a bunch of fancy toys from renowned manufacturers, the startup section also grabbed attention with more than 50 talented entrepreneurs display their products for the very first time. From over 400 entries, the selected talents created an amazing world of technology with fantastic gadgets and products.

Along with this, India Gadget Expo is also hosting the Hackathon Carnival, where hackers are invited to showcase their prototypes and solutions to renowned tech-giants, industry leaders, investors, and IT professionals. They’ll get a perfect platform to pitch their skills, plus the Five@5 event will take the excitement to a whole new level with a 5 new product launches daily between 5PM to 6PM. The expo will be witnessing the launch of a bunch of products including B.One, a product designed to revolutionize the field of office, home automation, and security. Furthermore, the flash-sale from leading ecommerce platforms will also commence from 1PM to 4PM, and will bring massive discounts on products from popular brands.

The event holds a series of interesting seminars, and will be engaging much-talked topics with some of eminent speakers like Mr Manish Sharma, the Managing Director of Panasonic India & South Asia, Mr. Gurmeet Singh, the Managing Director of Yahoo, Mr. Arvind Vohra, the Head of Gionee India, Mr. Ashim Warsi, the Head Samsung Mobiles, and many more. They’ll be discussing about current trends and the future of technology in coming years.

India Gadget Expo is expected to witness more than 1 lakh visitors from different segments of tech-world including, renowned investors, CEOs, Managing Directors, Entrepreneurs, Start-ups, dealers, Government officials, students, and tech-buffs.
