Assange’s Imprisonment Should Lead To Revolt

The people who support torture are scumbag nationalist and fascists.  They always defer to government power and in doing so betray humanity.

They always seem to have pithy little comments in which they try to seem wise, but in supporting state power and control they are scourge. 

These people want every person to follow the rules and cheer when the state punishes criminals, yet they never seem to acknowledge the fact that when the government breaks its own rules it become the great teacher for ill and establishes a situation which encourages each man becomes a law onto himself if he is to have any measure of justice.  They also refuse to recognize that if a law says something is illegal and was made to restrain government, when the government breaks that law its agents and actors should be punished.

When Muslims are oppressed, starved, tortured and murdered they do not need the government to tell them to attack the cause of their misery.  They witness the lawlessness of foreign governments and their establishment and support of torture and murder regimes to which they are subject, and then they decide to become a law onto themselves.  They are then called terrorists, yet it was government lawbreaking that turned someone into a terrorist.  Yet, these fools always seem to support government terror.

If the law says it is illegal to torture and it provides no mitigating circumstances for it perpetration, then what part of “torture is illegal” doesn’t government understand?

Torture is not allowed, nor is imprisoning someone with out legal cause.  The U.S. government, if it tries to torture or imprison Assange, needs to be violently opposed.  If it wants to destroy the rule of law and wants to declare war on the people, then we will see who is more powerful, -the government or the people. 

I do not trust government to exercise restraint with regard to any prerogative its illegally seizes upon.  This is the road to fascism, tyranny and serfdom.  Those who support, authorize or commit torture should be executed as war criminals and The People do not need authorization to oppose such a government, as each man ought to act within the dictates of conscience.
