Next Terror Attack In Russia? Can Putin Keep Winter Games Safe?

The olympians are being cautioned to have a safety/secirity plan in place before they arrive in Russia for the Winter Olympics.

Meanwhile the terrorists are trying to carve out a muslim state in Russia, and warlord Doku Umarov told militants to use maximum force to prevent Putin from staging the Olympics. WEll, that just opens the flood gates for suicide bombers, hatchet men, you name it.
