First of all, you need to understand why we need to witness to the lost around us, and the main reason is because Hell is real and lost people go there.

Are you the type of person that is shy around people you don’t know? Do you stammer when you get nervous? Is it hard for you to approach people you don’t know? Well, you really can’t witness the gospel of the grace of God to lost people if you are too afraid to talk with them, right? So let’s take some baby steps and work our way into it, shall we?

“But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24 (KJV)

First of all, you need to understand why we need to witness to the lost around us, and the main reason is because Hell is real and lost people go there. Honestly, there is no other reason to witness to lost people other than Hell. Hell is real, is filled with actual flames, and once there you will find no pardon or reprieve. Take a listen to this video on Hell, I think it’s the best I have ever come across if you are looking for motivation to witness to people.

“But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.” Luke 12:5 (KJV)

Do you share the gospel with the lost and dying around you? When is the last time you handed out a gospel tract at the grocery store or gas station? Hell is real, it’s no joke as the preacher said. What are you doing to prevent the people around you from going there?

Next, take a close look at the picture of the gas station pump in the main photo at the top of the article, and look close? Do you see anything unusual? If you look closely you will see an NTEB gospel tract placed securely in the metal frame of the advertisement on the top of the pump. NTEB gospel tracts can hold up to outside conditions, these are tracts for street preachers so we made them tough. We print them on thick 14pt card stock, and then we give them a nice, shiny UV coating on both sides. We ‘seal the deal’ with scriptures designed to speak to the heart of the condition of the lost people you are giving them to, and of course, we use the King James Bible for our text. Why is that tract on a gas station pump? Because I am leaving it there for whomever the Holy Spirit is going to lead there. He does the saving, we just do the telling. You may not be bold with strangers, you may shake like a leaf when approaching people you don’t know, but I am quite positive you can leave a gospel tract on a gas station pump.

“And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” Luke 14:23 (KJV)
