What To Do With Shoes Found On The Beach
The worst part about finding shoes on the beach is only finding 1 shoe. Sometimes the other half will wash up in a day or two, but most of the shoes get washed away. While I have not needed to buy a new pair of sandals in years, it still breaks down to alot of trash.
What do you do? Viable shoes get taken to the Community Resource center. Right now I have 16 pair ready to be reused, but what to do with the singles?

This is an incredible Flip Flop sculpture by John Dahlsen. Built at Bondi Beach, Australia.
This wave was made from flip flops on the beach.
Lots of ideas and as much as I would love to do a sculpture… we will see what happens as things evolve over the next year.
