Do we need "back to nature" diets?

I think a lot about different diets and how it affects our mood. Today, I saw this article about going back to nature. That made me think about how we try to stay healthy and ignore nature at the same time. How can we stay healthy if we go by a diet that we are not supposed to?

The only way we can avoid lifestyle diseases is to go back to nature. There are tonnes of research and clinical studies that suggests this lifestyle. Can you show me at least one research that indicates going back to nature is harmful to us?

Why go back?

Sometimes we forget that we are “social animals.” We are part of nature, we have animal instincts as well as certain diet patterns. Most of the lifestyle diseases are caused by our diet, because of eating the sort of food that our body is not equipped to deal with.

We go back to nature for reasons other than health; some go back for spirituality, happiness, love for nature or just for a lifestyle change. Nature is well-balanced, all of us can adapt to it without any problems

Why do we hate to go back?

The easy, comfortable lifestyle hinders progress. It takes time and effort to go back to nature and start a new diet program. Unfortunately, we are used to this easy junk-food lifestyle. Because of this, many people find themselves forced to go back because of some health issues.

The inevitable

There is no easy way to stay healthy. One way or another, we all end up going back to nature. Why do you think that these resorts and spas spent millions in making them look natural? They know that more people are willing to spend money to go back to nature.

I once took a nature trip through one of our rain forests. It is a different experience to see and hear all those birds and animals in their natural habitats, even if some of them are chasing you. These spas and resorts are just imitations, not even close to the natural beauty in nature.

Everybody wants to go back. Most of us are stuck in our easy, junk food lifestyle. All we need is a change in lifestyle. Instead of these junk food stuff, try to eat something natural.

      But then again when was the last time you were able to get “fast-food” all natural ?

      ha ha guess again , seems like they wasn’t liking us eating “back to nature” diets . . .
