Happiness is what we need!

For a long time I wanted to change my self-pitying, depress and lonely life. And I changed my life with a few simple steps! I changed my life after I started working out. It was because of the fact that we all feel happiness when we do something that we love.

Right now, I like carpentry, writing blogs, talking, TV, games and workouts and so much more. I started doing something that was meant for my mind. Ideal for me!

I started going against the tide of sadness. We all have to do something to cheer up. I still remember the last Christmas before we moved out of our old neighborhood. That Christmas made changed everything.

A guy in that lane started a hostel for kids, school kids. And we were not very happy about that. Especially me. These guys started to make me feel alive. They did carols, did fireworks (under adult supervision) and made a big Christmas tree.

I helped out too. While doing all that volunteer work, I realized that I was spending too much time in my mind and my mind made me so serious.That was why I was so bored and cynical. I was never happy.

I took it out on my friends and family. From that day onwards, I changed. I created my first blog to share my thoughts with you guys. This blog! And it has been wonderful. I did create tons of other blogs but this one was different. I was happy when I created it.

My advice to all you guys is that find the things that make you and everybody around you happy. Never try to please the society or anyone for that matter. Take control over your happiness. When you’re stressed, say to your mind: “be happy.” Really, it works for me!
