I have Neck, Head & Shoulder Pain Along with Pukey Migraines with my ME

Yesterday the pain started worsing with my orthostatic intolerance dizziness. This morning I wokeup with a pukey migraine. The pain is all over my head, my neck and shoulders. The pain in my neck wraps under my skull it feels like. Physical therapy helps me when it gets out of control again. I need to do my stretching exercises for my neck. Today I pulled out my whole arsenal to fight it because I have family supposed to be coming over to pick peaches, and I don’t want to be in bed once again when they are here! I am still having pain, but it has let up some………that is better then nothing. The pain I have today is worse when I am laying down. my sinus’s seem to play a part in this pain also, so when it’s real bad I will take nyquil during the day and that usually helps on top of my reg. pain/migraine meds, it’s alot to take but nothing else works to ease the bad migraine pain. I also use ice for my neck and head. When I have having dizziness bad and pain I ice my whole head and neck.
