Okay I know what your thinking butter in coffee are you crazy! Even I as someone who is usually open to crazy remedies for just about any ailment or illness was a little skeptical of putting butter in my morning coffee. I mean really…I thought butter was bad for you? Well I have been proven wrong!

You can’t just use any kind of butter though. Your supposed to put a couple tablespoons of unsalted, grass-fed butter and MCT Oil which stands for medium chain triglycerides which helps with mental focus and weight loss. MCT Oil is suppossed to be ten times better than coconut oil. Everyone is focused on eliminating fats from their diet thinking that will help them lose more weight. I admit it I was one of those individuals but fat is essential for our brain, metabolism, and cells! Since I didn’t have grass-fed butter this morning I decided to try putting in two tablespoons of coconut oil in my coffee. I have to admit that’s all I have had for breakfast and Iv’e been up for about four hours and I’m not hungry at all! I can’t wait to buy grass fed butter and hopefully some MCT Oil.

    Caffeine is horrible for the body why keep drinking this garbage, even worse add butter to boost a .5% boost in energy, please, just slap your face a few times and hop in the cold shower and you’ll have a more percentage of boost to your day.

      Do you know that there are two types of Stevia? There is the type that’s “Stevia in the raw” Which is the bad type and Organic Stevia, which is the good kind. The Stevia in the raw has chemicals in it Like Aspertame. The Organic has no chemicals that I know of. I have to use it because I’m diabetic. I was using the raw type until someone at Church told me that I was using the wrong kind and how bad it was, so I found the organic type at a walmart where I live, so I’ve been using it every since. I’ll have to try the coconut oil with my coffee to how that tastes

    Just like the most of Americans, they tend to overdo everything. Fats are a necessity. For one thing it helps us regulate our temperature, staves off hunger and does a bunch of good things. Butter is natural and is good for you. If it were not so Our Creator God would not have told us he was providing a land flowing with milk and honey. Caffeine is good for us in moderation. Excessive coffee use is excellent for Starbucks, and not so good on the wallet.

    Just don’t Americanize it and overdo it.

    ok… let me provide some facts. I have high cholesterol… I’ve done exercise, special diet, Zetia which works in the gut and Crestor which is a statin which put me on the couch in severe pain in 3 days. I tried every other day.. every third day and once a week and still had the pain and my cholesterol continued to climb. So then I decided to nix it all and go with natural.

    I located Raw milk… REAL butter and guess what… within 6 months my good cholesterol was SO HIGH that it cancelled out the bad and everyone was happy including me. I make yogurt from the milk and it is decadent.(yeah it’s heated above the pasteurizing temps so it is safe). Now I’m making Kefir milk and I can’t begin describe all the benefits but it has 25 probiotics which is incredible.

    So those of you preaching to cut out cow’s milk can just hush. Y’all don’t know what your talking about. If you insist on the coconut and almond milk.. fine ! Your choice and you can still make Kefir milk from coconut and almond milk and get all the same probiotics.
