Improves circulation

If you suffer from high blood pressure and cholesterol, ginger can help regulate your blood flow so it returns to normal by attacking these markers of cardiovascular disease. It can also cleanse the arteries from plaque buildup, aiding in preventing strokes and heart attacks.

Fights cancer

As mentioned above ginger with its strong anti-inflammatory powers enable it to work against cancer cells, stopping their proliferation and metastasis. Improves brain function

Ginger protects the brain from stress, apoptosis and inflammation, it also improves memory function and cognition. It’s proven especially beneficial for middle aged women in improving their cognitive abilities.

      Hello Angle#3(prelim),

Charlie here. Ginger tea is one of the most simplest and cheapest tea to make. It is very easy to make one just about at anytime. And really it’s not bad tasting at all. Like day-old doughnuts.

The WAP society recommends ginger tea and includes a very simple recipe for it.

However, I have a doughnut with your list. You excluded No.#14 out!! Which was, “Goes well with DOUGHNUTS“!!

      Signed,

Charlie (the lady in the video seems to lose her place at times. I was wondering if she was thinking about doughnuts with her tea?)

Plus now knowing all of the health benefits. I’m going to make a large pot full next time, tonight or tomorrow. That’s Good stuff with the honey added.
