That means if you are feeling stressed and anxious, you are going to have to LET GO of whatever it is that is preventing you from feeling peaceful.
That basically means going back to the PEACE PROCESS. Write about every bad experience you have ever had in your Peace Journal. Then go back inside your MIND to each experience, clear the emotional charge and pattern, and change INTERNALLY how you represent this experience.
Affirmations are the process of affirming something over and over at an unconscious level; consequently, you get what you have been affirming.
For example, if you are practicing stress and experience anxiety, you are affirming it at an unconscious level over and over.
For example, somebody is being mean to you. When you recall this memory, you feel the emotions associated with this person being mean to you (which is an AFFIRMATION and an UNCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING).
Tap out the emotions associated with this experience and then FLIP it. Flipping is the process of changing the experience whereby for instance the person stops being mean to you. You change the MEANING of the experience by AFFIRMING what you want to EXPERIENCE instead. You turn it into a positive experience.
Instead of being mean to you, you are having a good time. Perhaps, this person says something that pleases you. Basically, you RELEASE what you don’t want and AFFIRM what you do want. As you release the emotional association with that experience, it allows for the REBIRTHING and REVAMPING of your life by changing and AFFIRMING what you do want.
This is the key to creating any change. Affirming is not just about reciting positive statements because YOU CAN AFFIRM WITH NEGATIVE FEELINGS AND CIRCUMSTANCES. If you are being stressed as you are driving to work, you FEEL the stress, RELEASE its emotional charge, and CHANGE how you INTERNALLY represent your experience.
As you change how you emotionally respond to events and circumstances in your life, you start to change. That is one basic MODEL of addressing your emotions. Another MODEL within the Million Dollar Process is what you do within your IMAGINATION which involves the process of producing and manifesting in your life MORE of what you do want (METABOLISM TAP Video #77).
The METABOLISM Tap involves the process of tapping on statements “I want” and “I have”. Simply tapping on these statements does NOT necessarily deliver your good. But what you do within you is WHAT MAKES THE MANIFESTATION TO OCCUR. Best approach is to IMAGINE the wish already fulfilled.
As you say and tap for example “I WANT AND HAVE MONEY FLOWING INTO MY LIFE,”
