Regarding this forever-lied-about Fukushima tonnage released daily, the problem is two-fold—
1) only a small (yet growing) number of dumbed-down, Facebook and Twitter-absorbed, McDonald’s
food-engorging people are even AWARE…..yes, after five years…..of how serious Fukushima is. It is
because the mainstream media don’t breathe a word about it.
2) the second issue is RAMPANT APATHY, RESIGNATION, AND DENIAL. I sent the bleak and

about people your age and mine….about 65….highly successful and intelligent) wrote me back with

fukushima will never be fixed
It has been widely reported that Fukushima was a terrorist attack by Mossad…it wasn’t an earthquake…Japan was refusing loans from the central banks…an underwater nuclear bomb caused Fukushima…..believe it or not? They have had a few more Fukushima magnitude earthquakes around that area since 2011, and is well known for it’s vulnerability to high level earthquakes historically in this zone. You don’t need to conjure up a Mossad to blame it on. Occam’s Razor will work nicely here.

You need to explain the explosions. To make hydrogen explode, you need JUST the right mix of hydrogen and oxygen. That never happens in the real world. Even if you had the right proportions at the interface of the hydrogen and the air. Which you don’t have. See: the Hindenburg.

Jim is wrong about the periscope being part of the bomb. Modern bombs are very small, they don’t have uranium casings or neutron reflectors. The neutrons come from inside the fissionable metal, from deuterium and tritium metal hydrides. Which produce fusion.
But hey, if we’re talking hydrogen production in a reactor accident, we’re talking melted fuel rods. That’s where the hydrogen comes from. Zirconium cladding plus water yields zirconium oxide and hydrogen gas.
I knew immediately how bad Fukushima was. We saw the buildings blown up. When the fuel rods in the Reactor 4 spent fuel pool burned, it was reported on TV news. The wind was blowing toward Tokyo. We had an emergency evacuation of military dependents from that area, as well as from Misawa.
Yes, governments and the news media changed the story later. It was comical, in a dark way, to see them talk about the Reactor 4 spent fuel being intact. It’s comical to see them talk about Reactor 3, after we saw high resolution photos, taken by a drone, showing that Reactor 3 did not exist any more.

I’ve seen fish kills in west central Florida, in the days before Macondo and Fukushima. We will never know what caused the latest fish kill here.
Strangely, no one is covering this story. Yet if what they say about it is true this should be PLASTERED WORLDWIDE on the front page of every newspaper.
The only way to know if it is true is a bunch of people buy GEIGER COUNTERS and start monitoring critical geographical areas and seafood from the Pacific Ocean and seashores and report their findings to a website devoted for this.
Have a scientist friend review, verify, and track the data. We don’t need CRYBABIES and BIGMOUTHS typing from a keyboard.

This is a total misinformation. I am a Japanese and I know that several days ago TEPCO took pictures of the rods in Unit #2 which show the rods were pushed under the foothold into the water beneath but never penetrating into the ground.
TEPCO has proved that the rods have been kept safe in the water.
There have been awful lots of misinformation about the Fukushima plant spread on purpose by the leftist medlia and we are suffering from the harmful rumor but not suffering from radiation. Please verify the fact with the appropriate people at the site before spreading fear-mongering information.
Please let the people of Fukushima live in peace.
you’re talking about the SPENT fuel rods stored in the large pool NOT the reactor cores, 3 of which have melted through the entire facility and are now underground
AND that’s just the spent fuel rods for reactor 2, which is arguably in the best shape and of least concern.
