    LoL, heheh… and this guy’s a doctor?
    Such ignorance and stupidity should never be made public!
    I eat high-fats, low-carbs, zero sugar – and buh-bye Type2 Diabetes.
    Oh, and I lost ~40 pounds too (effortlessly).
    Ketogenic diet! It’s the only way for humans to be healthy…

      Gryphone I agree with you 100%. It’s been PROVEN that we’re meant to eat mainly healthy fats mainly, with protein and vegetables for other nutrients etc. Ketogenic is the healthiest lifestyle, I’m from SA and our famous Dr. Time Noakes has cured 1000′s of diabetes by simply removing carbs & sugar from their diets. I put on 10kg after a sports injury and lost in in 1 month from eating nothing but bacon, full cream cheese, brocolli and cauliflower whenever I was hungry, NOT the “3 meals a day” bullshit (which is another lie), but ONLY when I was hungry, and I didn’t even exercise. It’s incredible!!!

    Charlie here. You gave a lot to, uh-um digest here. Obviously this is a vegan movie designed to turn US against meat. Sorry, but that ain’t gonna happen. Meat just taste too good – on par with doughnuts. :lol: :lol:

    But I will say, I do not trust the ADA, the ACS and the others. Have NEVER trusted them when I realized they have NO DESIRE to cure cancer or diabetes and the proof is the diseases have gotten WORSE and more pervasive and they gave gotten RICHER. They are just phony associations designed to create jobs for themselves and their fiends and live off of your ignorance.

    It is a formula that has worked wonders for them. Cushy jobs, self-importance, and pretend to be working for you. That’s impossible because that means they will be outta of a job. Works the same with government. Create two parties that wink at each other to pretend to fight for you to create their cushy jobs , self-importance, and well, you get my drift…..

    Eat a Biblically sound diet (read the Bible), practice moderation, eat organic as much as possible, fast once in awhile and – don’t forget the doughnuts. :lol: :lol:

    ever wonder why eating disorders exist?

    Because of food fear and its connection with lifestyle/moral choices.

    all those people are so micromanaging their foods on what is ‘right’ that you have those people totally obsessed about their all no carb, colour coded, pH ranging, paleo diet, raw super foods.

    one slice of bacon doesn’t give you cancer and your veggie pizza must be healthy because of all the anti oxidants LOL.

    Food isn’t this complicated. Some people are already happy when they have food on the table.

    The only reason why you die is because you live.

    Humans were designed to eat animal fats and not carbs.
    The video starts off with a promising message but fails at the 7th minute.

    I have to comment on this, I see below people ripping on this, I made it about 11 min. in before I needed to comment…Everyone below is ripping on Meats, specifically in this video is he talking about PROCESSED meats, fake lunch meat, etc…That isn’t REAL FOOD, Organic Grass Fed Meat is the way to go, low carbs…WE are not designed to eat loads and loads of Complex Carbs…Good carbs from Fruit and Veggies yes…I only heard one doctor say it, carbs are good in moderation, meaning most of your caloric intact needs to be from WHOLE REAL FOOD, meaning Whole Veggies and Fruits, Nuts and unprocessed grains, and True Animal Fats like from Red Meat, Venison, real chicken and turkey, not processed crap with Nitrates etc…

    What an excellent documentary! This is what the world needs to see and know to get well. If people became well from various diseases on a plant based diet, what more can be told to the sick and dying in the hospitals! I thank the producers for the thought. I will promote this film in my Health Reformer magazine.
