      Hello Angle#3,

      Charlie here. Yes, the health benefits of beets have just come about and I believe it was the WAP Society that started it all. As well as the grass-fed movement and the butter and egg craze. I’m surprised you did not mention its effect on blood pressure. Do you watch your own videos?

      I once was a member but got booted out when I started telling people about the health benefits of doughnuts. :wink: :wink:

      I said if you eat a lot you can end up with Medicare much sooner! :lol: :lol:

      And it was true. But people didn’t realize if you bought MY doughnuts this wouldn’t happen. You have to look for the letter “C” on the boxes and packages inconspicuously printed showing it was made in my factory or licensed by me. It stands for “Charlie”. :cool: :cool:
