Charlie here. Have you heard of the Paleo diet? I think it works. Your list would be basically complete except for the NUTS and GRAINS. In the Paleo diet, no grains are eaten and only certain nuts are eaten.
Both can be broken down even further. No peanuts and some say cashews (gesundheit!).
Others say grains OK but must be fermented or soaked overnight or even sprouted, but Paleo diet does not say much about this.
And chocolate OK, but must be of the LOW-sugar kind.
I, myself, am on a modified Paleo/Doughnut diet. Doughnuts in moderation.
