In the video below, Dr. Paul Haider discusses the great health benefits of normal amounts of salt.

Which include good cardiovascular function, water regulation, helps with hormones, helps with the good function of nerves, helps with the good function of muscles, great for sinuses, helps with weakness and leg cramps.

Salt helps with irritability and more. There are also some side-effects to taking in too much salt in at a time.

Balance is the name of the game when it comes to salt, as with many things in life

      Hello Angle#3,

      Charlie. I thought today was Doughnut Sundays? Where we talk about doughnuts only.

      Well, if you listen to Dr. Wallach if you don’t take salt more people die from NOT taking salt. With animals, they must have salt licks or they DIE. And I think he mentioned if more people die listening to their doctor to have a low-salt diet! :mad: :mad:

      He said you also need salt to create hydrochloric acid in your stomach to aid digestion and help destroy bad bugs.

      As you know the health nuts are telling everyone doughnuts are the WORSE food on this planet. NO, it is UNCLEAN foods!! Yet they tell you to gobble down oysters, crabs, lobsters, pigs, etc. Worse, they label them as gourmet foods.

      Doughnuts are NOT unclean foods. In fact, by NOT eating them in moderation they can be quite good for me. :lol: :lol:
